The most important takeaway for me regarding the manufactured coronavirus panic of 2020, besides the fact that it was and is manufactured, is the unequivocal realization (not that I didn't already know) that when push comes to shove, it's every man, woman and child for themselves. Family, good friends, maybe a kind hearted person here and there, but other than that, humans have shown their true colors. And those true colors are heartless, selfish, and greedy.
It's good to understand this so there are no illusions when the downward spiral can't be stopped. For all we know, that could be right now.
